Q. “Where can I buy DMTS™ products?”
A. You can find a map and a list of places to buy DMTS™ products on our Where to Buy page.
Q. “I need training today! Where can I get it?”
A. You can purchase our products directly from our websites, www.digitalmediatraining.com, zoom-in.com, or find out where to buy our products around the world here.
Q. “I have an older version of your training. You just came out with a new version of the same thing. Are there any upgrade discounts?”
A. For most of our products we usually offer upgrade discounts for our customers that are upgrading from an older version of our products. We usually e-mail our current customers with upgrade information when we do offer them. Make sure we have your current e-mail address to get those wonderful savings to you. All upgrade offers are subject to change and proof of previous purchase may be required.
Q. “What does your 15-day guarantee include?”
A. If you are not satisfied with any DMTS product or if you have not opened your Lynda.com product, you may return it within 15 days of delivery. You have to contact us at 877-606-5012 for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) or else your return cannot be processed. Once the merchandise is returned to us as per the RA# procedures, your credit will appear on the following credit card bill (usually 7-10 business days from return received).
Q. “I have a billing question or concern. Whom do I need to talk to?”
A. Please feel free to contact us at orders@magnetmediafilms.com with any questions you have on your purchase or billing.
Q. “When I submit my order, I get a message saying, “AVS mismatch.” What does that mean?”
A. There is a discrepancy between your credit card number and billing address. Please go back and make sure your billing address is entered correctly. Your billing address is the address your credit card bill goes to.
Q. “Why do I need to give my e-mail address?”
A. We use this to make sure that you receive a receipt for your purchase, that you receive tracking information and to update you on specials from us and a very select few of our partners.
Q. “Why do you need my phone number? Will someone be calling me?”
A. When you enter your address, the phone number is there for only two reasons: 1) to place on the UPS package, just in case there is a concern about your package and 2) for questions we have on your order. We do not sell our phone lists and do not solicit any of our customers via phone.
Q. “What is Magnet Media’s return policy?”
A. If for any reason the Digital Media Training Series™ program you purchased is not right for you, you may return it for a full refund within 15 days with product receipt. You must call our toll free line 877-606-5012, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, for a Return Authorization number [RA#]. Credit card refunds are credited to your account and cash or check payments are refunded within 30 days of receipt of returned merchandise in good condition with RA#.

• Refunds are made only on the price of the package plus applicable taxes and do not include shipping costs
• We cannot accept returns of Lynda.com products that have been opened

Q. “I
am having trouble receiving my password when I click
FORGOT PASSWORD...”
A. The ‘reset
your password’ email is most likely not being
accepted by your email program because it is either
going to your junk email box or bounced back because
your spam filter is on high. You also might want to
make sure you are using the correct e-mail address
that you originally registered with.
I would suggest trying the following:
1.
Add the email address “register@magnetmediafilms.com” to
your address book
2.
Try going to this URL again http://www.digitalmediatraining.com/login/ForgotPassword.aspx
3.
Type in the email address you
registered with, check the spelling, and then click
SUBMIT.
4.
If you have added
our register email address to your address book and
are using the correct email address that you registered
with that is spelled correctly, you should receive
an email within 2 minutes with the subject line:
DMTS Password Reset from register@magnetmediafilms.com
that says:
